Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Processing times apply to business days and may be longer during holidays, peak shipping periods, or due to operational delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We work with international logistics providers to deliver orders to selected countries and regions where service is available. Depending on the destination and service availability, shipments may be handled by carriers such as:

- Yanwen
- 4PX
- DHL
- UPS
Carrier selection may vary based on destination, logistics conditions, and service availability.
Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping conditions.
Typical delivery times:
- 7–12 days for most regions in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific
- 7–30 days for other international destinations
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered on most eligible orders within supported countries and regions.
For certain destinations where shipping costs are exceptionally high, an additional shipping fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Tracking information may take several days to update depending on the carrier and the destination region.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries and regions based on our current logistics coverage.
Shipping availability may change over time depending on logistics conditions, carrier coverage, or regional restrictions. Available destinations are determined at checkout. The list of supported shipping destinations may be updated periodically.
Orders can only be shipped to locations supported by our logistics partners and Shopify market settings at the time of purchase.
Currently, we support shipping to regions including North America, Europe, and selected Asia-Pacific markets. If your location is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not support shipping to that destination.
Returns and replacements are processed from our fulfillment center in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, China. Please contact Ainbit before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Customs policies vary widely by country or region. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions regarding import charges.
Delivery Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Shipping carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A refund
Customers should contact us if a package appears significantly delayed or lost so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, or other circumstances outside our control, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
