Before you buy D200

D200 is a battery-free CloudSIM portable Wi-Fi device. It is built for travelers, backup internet, short-term stays, and mobile work setups that need a separate Wi-Fi connection without using a physical SIM card or eSIM profile.

D200 may not be right for you if:

  1. You need a phone number
    D200 provides Wi-Fi data access only. It does not provide a mobile phone number, voice calls, or SMS service.
  2. You expect SIM, eSIM, or included data
    D200 uses CloudSIM connectivity through GlocalMeIOT. It does not support user-inserted SIM cards or personal eSIM profiles. The device price is for D200 only, and cellular internet requires a prepaid data plan purchased separately through GlocalMeIOT.
  3. You need delivery in only a few days
    Delivery times vary by destination. Please check the estimated delivery time before ordering if you need D200 by a specific date.
  4. You want a built-in battery
    D200 has no internal lithium battery. It must be powered by a suitable USB-A 5V/2A power source, such as a wall charger, power bank, laptop USB-A port, vehicle USB-A port, or shared battery.
  5. You need 5G connectivity
    D200 is a 4G LTE portable Wi-Fi device. If 5G connectivity is a must-have, D200 is not the right device for you.
  6. You need guaranteed coverage everywhere
    D200 is designed for supported destinations, with a strong coverage focus across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Coverage and speed can still vary by local carrier network, location, congestion, and available network resources. In some less common destinations, refreshing the connection or selecting another available carrier may help when supported.

Before ordering, check your destination, estimated delivery time, and available data plan pricing. If D200 does not match your travel, backup, or temporary internet needs, it may not be the right fit.

Shipping from Shenzhen

Orders are processed in 24-48 business hours and fulfilled from Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China on behalf of Ainbit Limited. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, customs, and local conditions.

Typical delivery is 7-12 days for many North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific destinations, and 7-30 days for other supported destinations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Most eligible destinations include free shipping. Some high-cost destinations may require an additional shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, include original packaging and accessories, and have proof of purchase.

Contact support@ainbit.com before sending anything back. Authorized returns are handled through Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Is 4G LTE fast enough today?

For everyday use, 4G LTE can support maps, messaging, browsing, streaming, video calls, and normal remote work when local network conditions are good.

D200 supports theoretical speeds up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink. Actual speeds depend on local carrier conditions.
Why no battery?

No internal battery keeps D200 lighter, airline-safe, and free from battery aging or charging-cycle concerns.

With stable 5V / 2A USB-A power, D200 is designed for quick use and extended powered sessions.
Can I return it?

Ainbit has a 30-day return window. Return eligibility follows the published refund policy and product-condition requirements.
Are data plans refundable?

Data plans are handled separately from the D200 device return policy.

Data plans purchased through Data Mall or the GlocalMeIOT app follow GlocalMeIOT’s cancellation and refund rules.

Unused data plans may be eligible for a full refund. Partially used data plans may be eligible for a usage-based partial refund.
